Behind the scenes of getting what we need, when we need it

Our department plays a crucial role in the development of our project as it ensures that the rest of the team has the necessary tools and equipment needed to succeed. The department has had its ups and downs while working on this project, but we did our best to make sure that everyone had an easy time working while still having fun and overall being an enjoyable project. Our department relies heavily on communication with the rest of the team, but we have also tried to keep good communication within the department.

Macovei Marius: I’ve learned a lot while working on this project, such as how to better coordinate a team, since I am used to being just a team player and not a manager of any sort. While I still have a lot to learn, I can say that the overall team has helped me a lot in achieving my goals.

Rinder Stefan: Working on this project has been an interesting experience, as it was fun to have my mates as both colleagues and managers. I’ve also learned a lot about what It takes to make a great movie which was an interesting experience.

Ceica Gabriel: The acquisition and logistics department taught me valuable skills and working with my friends made the experience more enjoyable.
