The Human Resources Department plays a critical role in supporting the development of this project by managing key people-centered activities. We handle recruitment by sourcing and onboarding qualified team members, ensuring the project is staffed with the right talent. Our team manages documentation and compliance, maintaining organized and accurate records essential for smooth project operations. We also oversee performance evaluations, helping individuals align their goals with project objectives and supporting continuous improvement. Additionally, we focus on boosting team morale through engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring that everyone stays motivated and productive throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Barbu Andra: By working on this project, I learned how important it is to build the right team and maintain strong communication between all departments. I also developed a deeper understanding of how essential good morale and clear organization are for keeping a project on track and moving forward.
