Stefan:

Being part of the team has shown me how important preparation and coordination are for a successful event. I’ve been learning how to handle logistics like timing, space setup, and guest experience—things that really make the difference.

Alexandra:

This project is teaching me how to stay organized under pressure and think on my feet when unexpected challenges come up. I’m also gaining confidence in working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for the audience.

Daria:

What stands out the most is how much teamwork goes into making an event happen. From setup to final details, we’ve all had to manage our responsibilities and communicate clearly to bring this premiere to life.
